User Responsibilities
Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when using our services. This includes shipment details, contact information, and any required documentation.
Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to shipping, transportation, and freight services.
Prohibited Items
You may not ship hazardous materials, illegal items, or any goods that violate applicable laws or regulations without proper permits and documentation.
Payment Obligations
You are responsible for timely payment of all charges for services rendered. Late payments may result in additional fees and service suspension.
Payment Terms
Payment Methods
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- Bank transfers (ACH/Wire)
- Net 30 payment terms for approved customers
- Electronic payment systems
Payment Schedule
- Payment due upon receipt of invoice
- Late fees: 1.5% per month on overdue balances
- Service suspension after 30 days past due
- Collection fees may apply for delinquent accounts
Liability and Insurance
Our liability is limited as follows:
General Liability
Green Logistics acts as a freight broker and is not liable for loss, damage, or delay of shipments beyond our direct control. Our liability is limited to the lesser of actual loss or $50 per pound of cargo.
Carrier Insurance
All carriers in our network maintain minimum insurance coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence. Additional coverage may be available upon request.
Claims Process
Claims must be reported within 9 days of delivery or scheduled delivery date. We will assist in filing claims with carriers and insurance providers.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Illegal Activities
Using our services for any illegal purpose or to transport illegal goods
Fraud
Providing false information or attempting to defraud carriers or our company
Interference
Interfering with our operations or attempting to bypass security measures
Unauthorized Access
Attempting to access accounts or systems without authorization
Harassment
Harassing or threatening our employees, carriers, or other customers
Service Abuse
Excessive use or abuse of our services that impacts other users
Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by providing written notice. Outstanding balances must be paid in full before termination is effective.
Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason at our sole discretion.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Green Logistics is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Arbitration
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Green Logistics, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Claims related to your shipments, including damage, loss, or delay

Claims by carriers, customers, or other third parties related to your shipments
SMS Terms & Conditions
SMS Consent Communication
The information (including phone numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Types of SMS Communications
If you have consented to receive text messages from Green Logistics LLC, you may receive messages related to the following:
- Load/dispatch updates and shipment notifications
- Appointment reminders (pickup and delivery scheduling)
- Follow-up messages regarding shipments or services
- Billing inquiries and payment confirmations
Example: "Hello, this is Green Logistics LLC. Your shipment is scheduled for pickup on [Date] at [Time]. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging at any time."
Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication.
You may receive up to 2-5 SMS messages per week related to your shipments, account status, or service updates.
Potential Fees for SMS Messaging
Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier's pricing plan. These fees may vary if messages are sent domestically or internationally.
Opt-In Method
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Green Logistics LLC in the following ways:
